Since lightening my hair in early December, I have been using the Moroccan Oil hair treatment after every wash, before I dry and flatiron/curl my hair. I have to say, I wasn’t noticing much of a difference until I used it a few nights ago before bed on the ends. I used a little more than I had been, worked it into the ends, and left in one over night. My hair has never been softer or shinier. My hair, just like my skin, is very dry, and with it being winter, it needs a lot more moisture to keep it looking healthy and happy. Definitely a product I love and will be repurchasing in the future.

Trying out one of my birthday gifts

Enjoying some much needed me time while B is fast asleep, and the man is out with his buddies.

I’ve enjoyed a few glasses of wine, painted my nails, treated myself to some very good cookies and now— I’m just laying on the couch listening to some great music with my favorite candle burning.

Perfect first night of the year right here!

Seriously enjoying this local BC artist’s work.
Perhaps an anniversary gift as we just left that neck of the woods without any artwork souvenir.
